Centrum Systems, Inc. purchases Camarillo based company.

In May 2006, the owners of CSI purchased the entire IT division of the company they previously worked for. They continue to work with the previous owners under a subcontract agreement with the approval of Lockheed Martin and the USPS.  “We thought this was the next step in the right direction,” said Paul Biberacher, President of CSI.  “Purchase an IT Department that is proven to succeed and move it forward to bigger and better things.”

Centrum Systems earned an ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2005 and in 2004 their current staff was in the top five vendors awarded Outstanding Small Business IT Supplier by Lockheed Martin for their performance in the USPS Retail Arena.
